On September 9, 1998, OSU President Dr. James Halligan presented EHS Webmasters Juanita Phelan and Leslie Miller with Celebrate State plaques. The awards officially recognized us as OSU Celebrities for, "Creating the EHS Web Page that won the First Place award for excellence in design by the Campus Safety Association and the National Safety Council."
